About World Wide Datacenter

Concept

World Wide Datacenter (WWD) is an open public datacenter providing three-layer information access: facts (L1) + visualization (L2) + collective intelligence (L3). L1 + L2 aggregate publicly available information with proper attribution; L3 collects user interest distribution via issue-based voting (NOT individual evaluation).

Role separation (3 sibling projects)

9 lawsuit-prevention principles (L3 collective intelligence design)

Following the Japan Supreme Court's confirmation of the food-log algorithm judgment (March 2026, first such judgment on review-site algorithm review), WWD's L3 layer follows a strict 9-principle design to avoid the lawsuit ground entirely:

  1. Issue-based voting (NOT individual company evaluation)
  2. Public-data mechanical sorting (NOT subjective evaluation)
  3. Fully transparent criteria (algorithm + criteria publicly auditable)
  4. Disclaimers (vote count ≠ correctness; bottom ranking ≠ problem)
  5. D-FUMT₈ 8-value nuance vote (catuskoti inspired, beyond Western binary politics)
  6. Immutable vote records (Theory #196 immutability)
  7. Public audit log + full reproducibility
  8. Bot/manipulation defense layer (Cloudflare Turnstile + rate limit + anomaly detection)
  9. Invalidation right + takedown response within 7 days (contact: fc2webb@gmail.com)

Vision document

Full strategic vision (Phase 0-5 roadmap, three-layer structure, 9 principles, food-log judgment lesson, moat strategy, target user persona) is documented at: docs/world-wide-datacenter-vision.md (v0.4)

Operator

Operated by Nobuki Fujimoto (Founder of Rei-AIOS / OUKC)
License: AGPL-3.0 + CC-BY 4.0 dual (per OUKC charter v1.0, Paper 144)

Honest scope (Phase 1 MVP)

This site is currently in Phase 1.0 (repository initialized). Content categories will be built gradually following the Phase 1.1-5 roadmap (9-15 months total target). All third-party content is attributed and links back to original publishers. WWD does not claim authorship of news content; we aggregate, visualize, and collect collective interest distribution.
